OF THE CLUB In 1967 a small Group of Americans of German descent decided to form a club with purpose of preserving the traditions, culture and heritage of their German Homeland. OF EVENTS There's always something going on at the Club! Each Friday the Club holds a German-American Dance with live bands. A sit down dinner is available, prior to the dance at reasonable prices for Members and Guests. If you’re interested in joining, we invite you to attend or next event. MASSKRUGSTEMMEN “Masskrugstemmen,” which translates loosely to the lifting of a liter mug of beer, is a well-known and a competitive Bavarian sport. The “Masskrug,” a 1 Liter Stein is held with one arm, completely stretched out and parallel to the floor. Click here for details. |
